Jordan Rhodes is an Associate Clinical Social Worker (#110795) under the supervision of Nicole Nowparvar. She received her Master’s in Social Work at San Jose State University. She has worked with adults and adolescents for eight years, helping them through challenges including trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, difficult behaviors, low self-esteem, aggression, and stress.
She firmly believes in your ability to heal and grow. Her goal is to help you find harmony again by creating a safe and comforting space that speaks to you and your individual needs. With this holistic approach to mental health, you are free to express yourself through the full range of your senses and imagination.
She draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic, Art, Narrative, Solution-Focused, and Gestalt therapy to help you face your challenges at the root and experience true freedom.
